    Day 1 大阪

    Day 4 横滨

    Day 6 成田

    Just enjoy it.

  • Music indeed span borders. She has become an important part of my life.We are just like closer friends than ever before. In 1993 Oprah's interview, Michael Jackson once said "I'm a slave of rhythm."It impressed me most.

At one time,I prefer folk, jazz, country and some indie music. However, these days I've got rhythm music and dance mania, especially for those distinguished Africa American singers like Michael Jackson,Stevie Wonder,Luther Vandross,James Brown and the like. Their music talent and singing voice fill me with awe. It’s amazing!!

Black is a great nation. They have innate fantastic talent for music, dance, and sport. They are born to singing and dancing. It is incredible that Gospel,Soul,R&B,Jazz and Hip-hop are all originated from Black. While another fact is that most of them are still suffering poverty, starvation epidemic, injustice and prejudice.

Recently, a serial reports on NYT, which come out as a hot debate, have got my attention. It’s about a white sergeant who has arrested a famous Harvard black professor. A columnist said it’s unjust that the cop arrested professor just because he didn’t received preference and obedience. I’ve never been to the America, so I have no real experience of racism reality in this most developed country, nor did I fully fathom the truth of this event. No matter who are wrong or right, it has apparently been upgraded as racism and injustice issue

I don’t know much about the racism history, neither Black nor Jewish. I just wonder why there still exist so many racism injustices in America, even on two elites who are living in 21st century, let alone in 80s-90s, when it must be a tough ages for Africa America to be successful ,except the genius like MJ who was once and will always be a milestone of pop music industry. He has written some songs which underlying the racism, most popular like “Black or White “and “They don’t care about us”. The latter is more straightforward. Now I can deeply understand the lyric meaning of “They don’t care about us”, and more important,MJ’s legendary achievement as a world superstar must not be an easy thing at that times. He surely very hard working and dedicated his whole life into it.

Look back the world history, war, massacre, aggression are all concerned with inveterate racism problem, especially in Europe and America. It seems that human being’s self awareness of equality is disproportionate with the rapid development of civilization and globalization.I just wanna say, no matter what your color skin is, black or white; no matter what kind of language you speak, English or Chinese; no matter what culture you live, Western or Eastern; no matter what kind of religion you choose, Buddha or Christ, human beings are born to be equal.

  • What's my Peter Pan

    2009-08-02

Few days ago,I'v read a comment in NYT which is about Harry Potter 6.The auther said most 20 something label Harry Potter as their Peter Pan.The serial books and movies are blockbuster.Fans who were children six years ago have grown up now, together with Harry Potter.Still those characters in film have been an important part of their childhood.

    What's my Peter Pan?

I can still remember that there's a classic TV drama called "Little Dragon" is televised in CCTV several years ago. This is a story about a little boy who has dragon angle and tail want to find his mother. He take a tough adventure with other 3 good friends who are grown up near by in Chinese traditional quadrangle courtyard.

It really intrigued my imagination and fanscination with quadrangle and doughnuts.

    2009-07-29
